How does multiplier calculate??

It take the "gross profit" of the flight. And then multiplies it by whatever your airline has the multiplier set to. For example... mine's set at 50x

Gross profit: 60.195v$
x Multiplier (50) 3.009.750v$

Now if you had your multiplier set a lot higher... you'd make scads of cash on the flight I did... :D

Once your gross worth (of your airline) gets higher, you can't set the multiplier as high... we can only go as high as 50x right now.
