Database transactions

Yestereday there seemed to be some db issues.
I did a flight and tough i submitted the results with no error message popping up, i saw that my results were logged but my personal status was that i had the flight still booked.
So, i suppose it'd be better off if the result submitting sould be transactional so if something fails everything is rolled back and no inconcinstencies are left behind.

As a result of a db inconcintency, my VA(hellenic union airlines) is nowhere to be seen in the statistics.
