Support or Forum for flight review?

Post by WIF1073 » Mon Nov 17, 2008 6:37 am

I sent an email to support asking for a flight to be reviewed, it being flagged up because of ending flight on an "invisible" refuelling spot. The flight in question being:

My question is: Is emailing support the way to deal with these occurrences or has it got to be done via the forum?

Thanks

E-mail is the best way. I already replied to your e-mail a short time ago. Remember that we're not all in Europe, so there can be a delay in response if we're all asleep. :)

Ah, I didn't make it clear that I was just asking for information as to what is the preferred way to do it. I was not complaining or remarking about response time - which actually was commendably quick - just asking which is the way to sort out things in future.

Sorry if you thought I was having a "whine".

Thanks

No, just answering your question and making it clear for all that we may not respond immediately because of time differences.
