Support ticket reponse time

Post by stuga100 » Sat Nov 15, 2008 3:11 am

I've posted a support ticket.

How long does it typicaly take for a response.

I've suspended Edmonton Air's operations(as I don't want to lose any more money) pending a response and I would like to get flying again.

Well, considering that you posted this mere moments after filing the support ticket, I can tell you that it'll be more than instantaneous.

Just as an FYI, it is considered to be quite rude to ask a question like this immediately after posting the request, especially considering that you are paying nothing for this service and none of the staff are getting paid for it either.

Even more to the point - you have now posted a request for review of the flight in THREE locations. This is also considered to be extremely rude.

If you have a problem with a flight, flag it, give us 24 hours, and if we've not done anything - THEN put in a support ticket or even better, send us an e-mail - support@fsairlines.net.

It's that simple.

If I might add something to this...

Thank's to our admins we have answered about 160 support-requests since the introduction of this system in Oktober, 16th. I think this is a good rate :)
Normally it shouldn't take more than 1 - 3 days to get an answer.
