Odd forum behavior

While posting a message before this, I had no option for smileys or the dialogue telling me what was on/off. All I had was a BBCode option and a preview forum advancement button. Also, once posted, my signature did not show till I went in to the edit panel and resubmitted it. Is this a bad bug or just a slight glitch?

I think it's just a slight glitch. I've had it happen a few times tonight as well not only on here but also on a couple other phpBB forums, so it may be something with the master server code.
