Status of the flight.

Hello all.

This is my first post in the forum, just to indicate that since the last client is working, sometimes, when I'm flying, the status of the flight in the flight monitor remains as booked, other times it works fine. This ocurrs to my VA mates too. Is this a known bug?.

If you have the flight tracker option turned off (i.e. unchecked), then this is normal. Check your options when you first start the client.

As reported by several users, if the flight state remains the same for an extended period, like with a long cruise, then the client sometimes loses the status even if the tracker is turned on.
It never seems to have any direct effect on the flight though, and as soon as the state changes (to descent say) then the status is refreshed, so the issue seems to be relatively unimportant.

EDIT: Just for clarity, in my experience, the status information in the client window is always correct, but that shown on the website sometimes reverts to booked or in hanger during a cruise.

Thanks for your answers, now all is clear. This was only for information, the pireps has been always working fine, so I wasn't worried about it
