The Fuel on board at 0 kg, why?
The Fuel on board at 0 kg, why?
Hello,
Three aircraft in the fleet are with a fuel on board 0 kg, having completed the flight with fuel. The fuel remnant disappeared.
Does anyone know why?
Thk.

No, and it's not easy for the guy who would to figure out without knowing which airplanes this supposedly happened to.

This has also happened to one of my pilots using the maddog MD-82 (see post in Brussels Busy Jet VA Forum)

Hi,
It sounds to me like the shutdown sequence is not being adhered to. A lot of problems can be self inflicted if they do not follow the simple procedures.
Please ensure your pilots are following the procedures as per this thread.
Regards
John

Re: The Fuel on board at 0 kg, why?
I do everything that is in the list but still my fuel is everytime 0
Re: The Fuel on board at 0 kg, why?
Same case here.
2 out of 3 flights ended up with 0 fuel despite not flaming out .
Thought was the PMDG 747-400X issue till i saw this thread.
Anyway enough whining , I'm glad this airplane works with the new client. Keep up the good job

Re: The Fuel on board at 0 kg, why?
Did a flight with no pauses at in the end 0fuel.
GUI of the client freezes on long flights on my machine (vista x64).
The only way to see graphics is to end the sim when landed and parked. Even then the buttons of the client are misplaced (eg the exit button is on the top left corner of the window)

Hm, I think we need more debug data here. Can you please activate the FSUIPC logging for your next flight ( Add-Ons -> FSUIPC -> Logging -> check IPC reads&writes -> New Log ) and send the log file ( in your FS directory -> Modules/FSUIPC.log ) together with the debug.out in the FSAirlines folder to support@fsairlines.net?
And another question, does it work on short flights ?

It does not freeze in short flights.
It seems to freeze after 3-4 hours of flight or so.
The middleware works fine even when the gui is frozen (i get the cruise-climb-descend messages).
Anyway, i'll fly a long flight today and will come back with the logs.

Try turning off the flight tracker on your next long flight. When you start the client, it's in the Options menu.

I think it's off cause i know of the issues on long flights with the old client.CAPFlyer wrote:Try turning off the flight tracker on your next long flight. When you start the client, it's in the Options menu.
Anyway, will check on it when i get back home.

Dmans1,
One thing I noticed, in your earlier screenshot, you have only applied brakes not the parking brake (Ctrl+ .).
