Hi,
I think the meaning is being lost in the translation, I do not understand what you mean by " .... refueling in a scale of a flight".

Re: Refueling
To my knowledge, you have to create two separate routes in the flight plan and then fly them separately.
For example, A is your start and C is your destination 800 nm away while B is a fuel stop.
If you create two flights: A-B and B-C and then fly them separately, then everything will be fine.
If you fly directly from A to C and use the built in Emergency button in the FSAirlines client to report a fuel shortage, then you will be penalized.

Re: Refueling
The way its supposed to work, if your flying from A to C and realize you need fuel, then you can push the emergency button and land at B, end the flight. You will not receive any revenue and will be charged for the fuel purchased at A.
You then start your flight again and fly from B to C, you will be charged only for the additional fuel purchased at B and will get the full revenue from A to C when you arrive at C.
If its not working this way please let us know.
