Client Still Crashing

I have told my pilots not to type in comment box and not to use the enter key to end there flight but to use there mouse to finish there flights.

Today 3 of my pilots and myself had done flights and the client crashed on all of us at the end of the flight. A couple of the pilots were scheduled on really long flights and decided to cancel the flights because this was there second try at the flight.

I have searched the forum and haven't found solution for problem that I have.
Client (I'm using 1.0.3 version) crashes on takeoff phase or on glideslope.
I'm using
FS 2004 9.0
FSUIPC 3.82
Active Sky 6.5
Could please someone suggest solution to avoid this problem?
