Entire Database Frozen

I have been seeing the North Easter Airways sidebar ad for more than the two hours it was placed for.

Also I have now noticed that maintnence and transfer functions are also frozen.

1st, its North Eastern Airways :D

and i think the problem is that if nothing else is placed they will stay there. also if one is placed during another the first get booted out...
