Logo incorrect

A few days ago I changed our logo which can be seen when checking the Flight Monitor.
The thing is, the old logo still is visible but no sign of our new one...

There are 2 logos, a large one (for the Briefing and the profile) and a small one for the tracker. I'm looking at your VA now and see only the new logo in your large image. You need to add the new banner to both the Large & small logo sections in your Edit VA window.

I don't have a logo problem but our flights aren't even showing up on the flight monitor. The person who runs the va-integration pack was unsure but suggested it was a name change that we did a while ago which also caused a muck up in some of the integration packs because they check the airlines name for verification. Hopefully we can get this fixed and flights will start showing up on the flight monitor map. They are in the list however on the map when our airline is selected they do not show up. The old name was Australian Coast to Coast ... now it is Australian Coast to Coast Virtual Airlines.

Open the client, click Options, and make sure Flight Tracking is checked. It's disabled by default, due to reports of the client crashing because tracking is on.

Yes it always has been on for all pilots and all pilots are experiencing the same problem. (We told them to all turn it on when they joined).
