cant delete airports...

i submitted a request a deletion for pittsburgh Nerax site seeming how it turned into KPit and nobody is flying there... its still in there, went to submit it again and got this...

ok, the problem is back and will Pittsburgh Nerax site PLEASE BE DELETED. ive requested it many time and it still is there... there is no such airport. that was what the old pittsburgh intl airport was called back when it was a purely military airport in the 30's/40's.

Joe, can you take a look and figure out what's going on? I deleted that site several times (and several others) yet they keep re-appearing. I'm not sure what is causing them to be automatically re-added to the database, but can you maybe put in something that deletes any airports which show no runways (i.e. a blank runway lengths field)? This should prevent those "fields" from being repopulated by whatever is doing it.

I think we will need to add some logging features so we can keep track of who is adding/editing these airports. Does any of the admins remember approving this one? I know I did not.

Joe, I have a feeling that something is automatically adding these airports because of the "preciseness" of the spelling and such of these NEXRAD sites. Konny ran an import script when he initially setup the database and I wonder if it's not still running back there somewhere and adding these sites in because it doesn't "see" them in the database. I know I've deleted the Boston NEXRAD site on no less than 4 occasions.
