Booking problem

Post by ruudopdeweegh » Sun Sep 21, 2008 8:54 am

Two pilots booked a flight today.
There is nothing wrong with one booking but the other one...
I see he booked a flight to Lisbon from Stavanger. (WCG2010)
When I check the booked flights on www.fsairlines.net, his flight is listed.
When I check the WCG pilots list, I see, he booked a flight. So far so good.
However... when I check the flightplan list the same flight, WCG2010, is not booked.
He does that flight today a second time, because the first time he crashed with something. He asked ATC but there was nobody in his area so that something was perhaps an UFO :-)
Regards,
Ruud.

I had a computer crash (see elsewhere) and I am still registered as having a flight booked:
According to "Flightplans" there is nothing booked but according to the "Overview" I have a red bullet after my name.
The client also says I booked a flight....

Ruud.

Have you tried to see via Book a flight link?
If your booking continues it should say "You already booked a flight" and you can also cancel your booking from that page.

Then it says I already booked a flight, you are correct.
Only if I look at Fightplans I see the flight is NOT booked. Everywhere else I see the red bullet, but at Flightplans the flight is free to fly. Perhaps this happens only after a computer crash, I am not sure.
Somewhere else I asked for the possiblity to make it possible to delete the booking if the computer crashes. Specially when the time of a computer crash makes it impossible to start all over again the same evening and the day after not having the time to do the same long haul. But over here it is perhaps off topic I am not sure.

Ruud.

Cheers,
One of my pilots flew from Chicago to Los Angeles. I saw him via Fsairlines and ServInfo (VATSIM)
This a little piece of our chat:

[18:49:29] TNCF_CTR: Are you on the ground now?
[18:49:42] TNCF_CTR: Because you still have a red bullet
[18:49:48] WCG3010: not yet
[18:50:00] TNCF_CTR: So that's still wrong with the client
[18:50:11] TNCF_CTR: Ok go ahead and land safely
[18:50:20] WCG3010: ok
[18:50:23] TNCF_CTR: I will report this at Fsairlines

This pilot had a red bullet meaning Flight booked as you know but he was close to the airport of his destination. So something does not work properly.... The used times are Zulu + 2

Ruud.
