No Briefing Document

I'm not getting any briefing document when I book a flight. I've tried logging in 3 times and 2 different browsers but nothing comes up but a blank page.

Hi Guys,

Firstly I must say the new website, client et al looks bloomin marvelous - Well done guys!!!!

Briefing document does not work for me eitehr, I just get a blank page when trying to view the pdf.

Works fine enough if I use the HTML version, but if possible I prefer teh PDF version as these I print out and leep a record of it.

Any help would be apprectaited

Hi,

The only 'bug' I know is that with a pdf briefing document your logo MUST be a jpg. CBFS did have a GIF as a logo but had to change it due to pdf not liking it. I don't know which is your VA otherwise I would have checked.

I have the same problem, no briefing doc. , is a :

The website cannot display the page
HTTP 500
Most likely causes:
The website is under maintenance.
The website has a programming error.

What you can try:
Refresh the page.

Go back to the previous page.

Hi John, Thanks for that help. I am not sure wich logo's are available I cannot check. Probably being an idiot again

What I think I should do is reupload teh logo's. I have not done so since teh system migration, maybe that it?.

Hi Guys

I have uploaded new logo's and still no briefing document.

I have tried FF, IE, Safari and Google Chrome.

The link adress when I click on the briefing document link directs me to the following page:

http://www.fsairlines.net/preflight.php5?id=8140

All I get in all the browser is a blank page, no errors or anything.

Any Ideas?
I have tested this is teh dispatch ssytem of the remote as well as teh main site. Nada
