I setup a route a couple of days ago, something like 285 a ticket, booked it, and it filled the plane. I was unable to make that flight being short in time, so I cancelled it and did a shorter flight.
Today I went back to fly that flight and I only got 10 pax (out of 33), and even after lowering the price to standard I still only got 27 pax. The airline rating is 120, my rating hasn't dropped any, so what happened? I've never seen this happen before unless the airline rating tanks.

I think the issue is that ENSB/Svalbard is a very small destination. Local population only 6.455 and looking at the AC you used in your EDDH to ENGM the A318 you used is configured for first class only, where you get only a small percentage of the available passengers.
