Is there a log any where that shows why a flight is aborted. It has happened a few times after landing when no fuel or weight was changed., So I'm trying to find out what I'm doing wrong.

It will be in the clients debug logs, in the FSAirlines folder in your Documents folder.

Unfortunately that file is 1.3gb and wont open lol. If I delete it will it make a new debug file on future flights that is smaller?

Yes, it will create a new file if you delete the old one.
