As I did not get an answer through the Ticket system after 6 days I try how here ja luck. Maybe Simeone fit an Idea.

I defined today automatic promotions but unfortunetly nobody gets higher ranked than FO - First Officer. I double checked the requirements. For example 25 hours and 5 Flights are minimum for the FO Rank. and for example for the senior flight officer are 10 flights and 150 hours set. We have a couple of pilots who allready achieved 150 hours or more in more than 10 flights.

Hoping you have a solution/fix for this."

Sorry I have not had time to dig into the issue your having, its still in the list tickets I have to answer but other obligations have prevented me from being able to debug it.

I am sorry its taken me so long to get back to this issue, real life events prevented me from working on many issues. I have been looking into this issue this morning and I am not able to see what the problem is. As it currently sits, all ranks up to First Officer require scheduled flights while FO on are any flights. First Officer also requires 50 hours to the next rank which is higher than others.

I did a test to confirm that the 'Any' flight type is working and it is, but I also notice you have changed the required hours since the ticket was created from 150 to 50. Are you still experiencing this issue?
