Fuel consumption is extreem high.
When flight was booked said approx 48 kg for 19 NM fuel I loaded 68 kg thinking more then enough but used 66 kg.
Anything changed?

Was this the amount recorded at the end of the flight or did we recalculate it after, I suspect the former as if we did recalculate it would use the recommended value as it’s target.

We don’t adjust fuel usage during the flight but many sim aircraft have very unrealistic fuel usage and you have to adjust the fuel flow scalar in the config file to get it right.

If you want us to look at your flight mark it as needs review in the website and we will take a look if there is something odd we can notice.

Have been experimenting little bit doubled fuel capacity and played a bit with fuel scaler but fuel consumption is still high.
Flew back and forth KMGY KDAY 19 NM but using around 87Kg changed fuel scaler a few times but no clue how to find the best setting.
When set on 0.15 it uses more then when set on 0.25

Make sure you are changing the correct scaler.

I see only little changes in fuel consumption when changing the scalar but its weird i have been flying the agusta A109 for years and suddenly fuel consumption dubbels

I see your flight in the review. That flight used 87 kg, you said a previous used 50kg, that is 74% more but not outside the realm of the possible. Unfortunately I don't see anything unusual in the numbers that could explain it.

Importantly, the flight was still profitable.
