We already wait for full 13 weeks and still see no "Integration Pack", only the beta version.
Do you need assistance in programming?

Not to be blunt but is the beta version not to your satisfaction? It is in development, they are using user feedback and programming it. The beta version is being turned into a farther development, it does take time.

Matthew,

I'm sure, you must probably be a saint.

No, we are not satisfied with the beta version, but this is just one point what goes wrong with FSA.
Actual there are 170 active VA. Each VA needs min one premium account. A Premium Account cost €30,--/year so they made a turnover of ~€ 5.000. Basicly the system is really commendable, but it is far from being commercial.

Nothing is in our satisfaction

I'm fundamentally very unsatisfied with FSA's support and service availability.

- last weekend the server was again min. one hour not available.
- the last WIP was better then the curren beta
- the WIP is now since 14weeks in beta without any changes

FSA is a commercial company and have to provide a full stabilized released system.

I wonder why we pay money. Please note I am speaking on behalf of our pilots.

First, we are not a commercial site. We are clear about that on our membership page. Our fee BARELY offsets our costs. As such, if we've brought in 5000 euro (sorry, on a US keyboard here), we've only recovered 1/4 of our costs to date. In addition, none of our staff is paid. As such, we are still doing this on our spare time. This has been explained several times as well.

If you think we have to provide a "full stabilized release system", then I suggest you make the same demand of the following companies and see if you get a better response from them -

1) Microsoft
2) Apple
3) IBM
4) Dell
5) Compaq
6) HP
7) AT&T
8) British Telecom
9) GoDaddy
10) Sun Microsystems

That's just off the top of my head. I realize you may not have products or services from some of the companies listed above, but they are "commercial companies" as you put it, and none of them meet the requirement of having a "full stabilized release system".

Oh, and let me say this as well before I lock it -

If you're really that unhappy, ask for a refund and find somewhere else to make demands of people.
