getting a permissions error in the back office

Happy Wednesday to all. I did contact support about this however I would like to present it here in case anyone else has any problems.
I’m doing some internal testing for the VA I have here and the wonderfully accessible integration kit. I have everything working except the back office. I log in as myself, can see my name, my salary etc, all looks good until I go to book a flight. I get an error that I’m trying to access somewhere private. I didn’t see a page to create to book flights etc, so did I brake something somewhere, or is that broken. If I did this right, here is the image.
