A number of times someone sends me a private message, either in the platform message, an email or a PM in the forum suggesting new features or changes to features. I usually ask them to post the idea in the forum, but often they don't. Recently I got this message from a member and asked them to post it on the forum but for whatever reason they did not, so after removing any names or personal information of the people or VA involved I am reposting it here so others can see and comment on it.
As some time ago we were the promoters and proponents for you will program, create and implement in the FSAirlines system and the client related to the important reading of the real ZFW of the aircraft for its application of "Weight and Balance" as well as the use by part of the different crews regarding the care in the “Weights Structural ”of aircraft nowadays of mandatory use in this system of airline administration which makes the operation much more real of the airlines. Specifically, this initiative was born from our colleague XXXXXXX.

Before trying to create awareness in the entire community to initiate a positive discussion about our criteria and observations to the new mode of Parcel transportation; Use, Creation of Warehouses for each of the different Airlines. We have deemed it convenient to make the inquiry directly, so that it can be applied as soon as possible in the FSAirlines program as positive proposals by XXXXXXX for the improvement of the service and ease of each member that we are using it, but not before indicating in this communication that we understand a special interest, it will contribute to teaching, that its implementation seems beneficial and we hope that it will last in time.

But I must inform you and confess that: recently we felt certain indignation and disgust as specifically the days 25 and 26 of December 2020, after spending a very exhausting time, with a lot of mental pressure, the use and wear of our electronic equipment, late nights not to mention - because it will be a subject in another communication - the innumerable "CRASH" that occur even in the phase of final section after 8, 10 and even more flight hours and not having the certain guarantee of being able to recover the flight.
Specifically, the amount of: Three Hundred Twenty Four Million Seven Hundred was deducted from our finances Twenty-eight Thousand Two Hundred (324,728,200, 00) V $. Amount that is roughly investment of almost; Thirty-three hours of flight (32.47 hours) made in the absence of clear rules, the community does not know what to expect and how to resolve certain issues regarding this modality and from there the proposals that we will make known arise.
This situation led us to the first of changes, to close and eliminate all the warehouses that we had created due to the lack of clarity, specific rules, knowledge of sanctions and above all Clear Rules. But then, we prefer to wait, agree, agree and propose positive things that lead to improving this modality through a prior written communication.

Our specific proposals to improve the modality Loads-Packages-Warehouse, are the following:

1-. The Cargo-Packages that the airlines deposit in their warehouses, should be able to remain for up to a period of 10 to 12 days without losing their value and without being eliminated by the system unilaterally since not all airlines have flight teams and pilots in large quantities to develop your operations in the short term. They should consider that many of us must also comply with family and work obligations that logically require time and that prevents us from being 24 hours flying in the simulator and connected to the different networks (Vatsim or Ivao plus Fsairlines) to then empty the warehouses . Then keep a term of 2; 4 or 5 days is a very short time for more than an airline has enough pilots and aircraft, it will not be able to cover transfers and deliveries. With this last option (c), the system directs us to the page in order to select the parcel to be transported to the reserved destination and here relatively not much of a problem since the system takes the maximum load quantity depending on the aircraft capacity, but We must be careful because if there is another or other aircraft reserved (as) to the same destination and the capacity of my aircraft selected is higher than the others, the system takes the loads from those other aircraft and we must go out or back up or not load to avoid taking cargo already on other aircraft.

Solution we have found:

Hi joe, it is true, it is a little delayed to select packages when there is another aircraft loaded with packages to the same destination, you must manually select each package.
