Is it possible to enable forums subscription?

Right now, it is possible to subscribe to a thread even if you have not post a reply. For example:



However, this is not possible for forums:



I would find subscribing to forums a really useful feature; especially to the "Important Announcements" forums. I do not run a phpBB forum myself, so I cannot confirm this, but after a Google search I believe that option can be enabled here:

ACP - GENERAL - Board features - Allow subscribing to topics & Allow subscribing to forums

We did not write the forum software, if they have a new update that has that we might be able to include it, but other than that I am not sure how to do that.

Allowing subscription requires two settings in ACP, a general setting and a per forum permission.

Let's check the general setting first: ACP - GENERAL - Board features - Allow subscribing to topics & Allow subscribing to forums: both set to Yes.
