Route Requests from the VA Members

Hey, it will be a nice touch if somehow there will be a way so the VA Members can request new Routes and the Administrators of the VA could just fast validate and accept.

I came with this idea because with the new MSFS2020 im sure there will be so many routes the guys will be asking for, because of the nature of exploring the envirorement of this new sim.
