Tours and Awarding System

Dear Flyers
I hope you are well. Just throwing this Idea out there to have the capability of a tour system and custom awards being introduced by airlines to be able to create challenges and attractions for pilots. I would greatly appreciate everyone's views on these.

We used to have them and pilots rarely flew them.

We created them on our website and made a specific set of flight routes for them. Pilots were awarded certificates on our website for completing any specific tour.
