Separate Permission for Aircraft Repair

Hi,
I would like to request to have a separate "RIGHTS" for a ranks that allow my pilot to initiate repair of an aircraft on their own.
Currently this right comes with other rights that is too broad such as "Handle Aircraft (Repair, Transfer, Change Registration, ...)"
I'm requesting to have REPAIR permission separately.
