what about reducing the weight of each pax as the weight is on 82KG each and I think is too high

As I said in the other post, the briefing document has some errors where it assumed 82kg per pax plus 20kg in baggage. The real numbers are 77kg per pax plus 25kg of baggage, which adds up to the same amount of course.
If anything its too low, as a society we are getting heavier not lighter, but balancing passenger and fuel load on long range flights is something airlines have had to do since the beginning of air travel.
