Select All Radial Button - Type Ratings

Hey Joe,
Any chance of adding a Select All radial button to the VA Type Rating screens at the VA and Pilot level menus? We have a huge mix of aircraft in our airline and almost 140 active pilots. Every time I hire a new guy I have to click each button separately in the type rating assignment screen which has become tedious. Be nice if there was a Select All button so all the Type Ratings light up and can be assigned all at once to a pilot. We don't do individual type ratings by pilot. We assign all aircraft at hire to give the pilot variety and expect them to fly what they know how to fly. It works out great for us but I am going to get carpal tunnel syndrome clicking all those buttons!
