VA clean-up

Post by Matthew » Mon Jul 15, 2019 11:00 pm

Hi,

I've noticed a lot of VA's are sat there inactive with no premium account holder. Would it be a good idea to say after one month of no activity the airline is considered disolved unless they specifically say why?

I just think it would tidy up the whole system with only active VA's and routes they operate.

We actually have something like that in place. The way it works is for inactive airlines, if a pilot does not log in within 90 days they are bumped from the airline, when an airline has no pilots its dissolved. There are airlines, that have not been active for years but someone keeps logging in every month because they want to keep the VA in the database, so they can come back.

Even with this, twice a month I get contacted by someone who says, "I had a VA thats gone can you restore it", and I do my best to do so.
