Hi - can a pilot with assets (cash and private aircraft) earned/bought through membership of a VA, start their own VA and transfer or merge these private assets into a new VA (after resigning from existing VA). Effectively new VA would then have standard startup cash advance + merged cash and merged private fleet. Is this allowed?

Having a feature where pilots can give back to there VA is something that has been discussed and should not be too difficult to do. Just have to be careful to prevent transferring money too and from an airline being a way to game the system. Money would be easier as we can always balance things out using the multiplier to level things.

Pilots giving aircraft to the VA should be possible also but VA's and as long as there is no option for VA's to give aircraft to pilots, as that would allow too many shenanigans to take place. Of course there are AC that pilots can buy that we don't allow VA's to own and that would have to be blocked.
