Moving from current management system to FSA

To be honest, I must recognize that our Company is currently using another virtual management system, other than FSArlines, since 2015. It is also true that we aren't specially satisfied with the results and software troubles of that management system.
So, that's the reason why we have been testing FSA simultaneously, and finally the Company Staff took the decision to move defintively to FSA in short.
The point is, thinking about our staff and pilots career.... is there any possibilty to "import" their work history? Manually, of course, not in any automatic way. We are around 20 pilots, it is not too much workload for me... The idea is try to not start from "zero", since many of them have been flying in our Company for years, accumulating hundreds of flown hours and a huge number of flights.
In a nutshell, I mean to edit manually the number of flights, flown hours, flown miles and issues like that, in order not to upset the "ego" of our workforce just compeling them to start again from the beginning (no money, no flights, no flown hours)
Please, should there is any way to do that from my job position (CEO), let me know. Otherwise, I shall have a big problem to explain them the "new situation".
Thankyou very much in advance.
