Hi Flyers.
Recently we have had a number of pilots who have complained saying "I booked a flight to A and the client said I landed a B' when in fact they booked a flight to B and landed at A. Meaning they did not book the flight to the airport they planned to.
To help reduce this I made two small changes.
1) In the booking pages, on the page where you select the aircraft for the flight, it now shows the names of the departure and arrival airports
2) You can now cancel a flight within one hour of booking it without any financial penalty.
Now you still have to pay attention to the flights you book and if you don't you get what you get.
Happy Flying.
