Misc. Expenses Cancel Flight Clarification
Is there a way to post which pilot caused the cancellation fee charge to the airline?
We are trying to keep the books balanced better in 2018 and have a charge on 1-10-18 for $4,430 and it just says "pilot".
I thought only the pilots got charged for cancelling flights.
Just curious - are owners with Platinum exempt and their cancel fee's charged back against the airline instead of their personal account?

The 'Cancel flight' transaction is for when a VA manager cancels the flight rather than the pilot doing it themselves or if the booking expires when the pilot is charged.
And currently Platinum pilots are not except from that, it never really occurred to me before. Rentals and transfers are free for premium pilots because I wanted them to be able to do all there flying on FSA outside an airline without restriction, but VA flights are within the context of an airline and therefore different.
