having the website go down yesterday was a real chore loll saying " yes the airlines are down" to all my members lol you guys need to inform us better via twitter,facebook this would be great way of knowing that its on your end not ours ...i had people uninstalling flight manager and them thinking there browsers not working. forums and website in one spot not a good way of finding out what's happening cause your internet is down you have our emails you should emails at lease the ceo's or update twitter and facebook just a thought

Agreed... I don't use facebook or twitter and did not know what was going on.. twitter seems like the best choice i could find, but it seems really outdated (Please correct me if i'm wrong).

In the past, there has been a notice put on the login page, which we all see prior to logging in to book a flight. Not sure if anything was done though in this particular case.

We will be looking at a notification method of notifying our users that our website is down.

well just have facebook & twitter as a option to find out if any changes or info or website downs I think that would be good enough for us to see if theres a problem or not you guys just need to update them lol
