About personnal plane

Post by Flo KVL010 » Tue Sep 27, 2011 11:31 am

Hello :)

I was wondering if there was a way to buy a aircraft that is not on the list of buyable aircraft. I mean, is there a way to add plane to that list or do i have to wait to see if the plane i would like will be avaible ? Such as if manufacturer just finished one and want to sell it, or should i ask someone to add the plane ?

Sorry if this question has already been asked, but i didn't find it if it was.

Thanks,
Flo

If the aircraft is out of producation, you can ask for one from your fleet page with the buy/lease facillity.
If it has been used for commercial purposes and isn't available, then ask the admins for tehir help on getting it on the list. For example, The Dehavillang mosquito was used briefly as a passemger transport so should/could be made available... the Airbus A400M has never had a civil operator, so won't be available as I understand it.
I'm pretty surte that is the criteria, but maybe contact an admin to clarify

I'm sorry, but no Mosquito was ever used for any sort of transport. A Photo-Recce variant was supplied to BOAC to test it's capability as a "courier-transport" carrying 2 couriers and letters on their backs in the bomb bay, but there was never any real serious development done nor is there any evidence any aircraft was ever used commercially (the BOAC tests were done on behalf of the Ministry of Defense, and thus were no "civilian" in the basic sense).
