Amend "Book flight" link ("Personal" sidebar area)

When some has a flight booked, replace the "Book flight" link in the Personal area of the navigation sidebar with the three links currently on the "You already booked a flight" page. Suggested layout:
(The "Flight booked" line would not be a link.)
There's then no need for the "You already booked a flight" page (actually, "You've already..."). Hopefully simple to implement.
