I have a proposal to the enlargement of the possibility of the pilots to buy something in the shop for her money. A pilot can deliver parts of his salary to the Airline. to help as a reparation for mistake or the Airline at short notice with money.
With it the cohesion could be also strengthened by pilot and Airline.
Maybe this is feasible and I can buy as a pilot not only a nice suit, but also support my Airline
