Hi,

Due to the fact that a lot of people are complaining about the paid service etc and that people think that you are not doing anything behind the scenes, I came up with following idea. (don't shoot me if it's already here somewhere, i'm no sherlock :) )

Why not make a new major forum part where you update your development actions and plans and some progress. This to let people see where everyone is working on and if something is stuck for whatever reason, the public will be asked if they can support, so the development doesn't get stuck. Build up a list somewhere people can write down, that if in any case when the shit hits the fan someone is reachable in another way by email. Build up a support list, and create some "on call" list, that when something happens, the person who is on call, can take fast response. Also, are all people behind it based in the US region, or are there also people from EU who are supporting here. This due to the fact that the system is used in EU and US region and that we have to deal with timezones.

If there is anything i can do from my side for support, please tell me. I'm no website developer or whatever, but i do run a complete multinational network infrastructure together with some other IT-guys as my job as IT-specialist and maybe i can support a little in the infrastructure.

I see alot of people complaining about the paid service and see it more as a burden than it is a benefit and that they have all the rights to complain. Only thing is that they can only complain for themselfs, and not on behalf of the entire crew that they have on the airline, because they don't pay anything. Everything should see that running a quite small operation like this still cost a little more than what everyone is paying at the moment. Meaning server costs, rentals, line usage etc, and not to mention the hours everyone spends behind the scenes which they don't get paid for.
If people behind the scenes get paid for, and all costs are covered for complete operations, then i say, yeah! we have something to complain for.

It's a hobby for everyone, keep it friendly, so people stay interested in doing their hobby.
