small quistion or idea

Is it possible to standard mark the option ''Send E-Mail notification if new message is received '' in the profile settings from new accounts?
Reason im asking is because its standard off. Now there is a new guy at my airline. I sent him a PM but he is not responding. Maybey because he dont know that he has a pm at all.

Or if its possible that the CEO can see his email.
