Manual Flight recording

Is there a possibility of manually recording your flights instead of using the client?

The reason I ask is I use a laptop and on occasion I take it to work. Now I can't access the internet so there is no point me flying, however, if I could record the flights manually I could set up my laptop to fly while I'm working too.

It could be made in depth to avoid false flights, ie fuel weight start/finish etc..

Yes i do think this will be a great option to help out the FSA Pilots! Would it be possbale to make up?
