Confirmation of Kicking a Pilot

I have just been doing a cull of the "dead wood" from our VA's roster and was really surprised that when I clicked "Kick Pilot" that it was applied immediately, with no confirmation screen. This could (but thankfully didn't) produce some rather unfortunate errors as, let's face it, it would be rather dramatic to kick the wrong pilot! Would it be possible to incorporate an "Are you sure you want to Kick this pilot?" confirmation screen to this process please?

I obviously have not tried out the "Delete Account" or "Quit VA" actions but can it be confirmed that both of these have confirmation screens and are not of the same "immediate effect" category please?

Yes, i have run into the same probalam a few times as well, almosted kicked the wrong pilot,

i cconfirmation screen would be a good idea.. What happends if you clicked the wrong button?

im almost 100% sure that if its your own account you get a "are you sure" screen
