Forum Suggestion

What about a general discussion forum. It is a common practice in many forums.

I'd prefer a: Press Release Section, so the market Place becomes only for advertising aircraft sales and leases, whereas all other Airline announcements could go into the Press Release Section.

I think press releases should belong to individual airline forums, if they have them. If not, the general virtual airline forum would be the most appropriate place. It would be interesting to have a General Discussion Forum as it will, for one thing, allow FlyNET members to appear a little less one-dimensional, and a little more interesting to have as an employer!

I would say Press Release Sections for the alliances as such a place does not exist now. Individual Airlines have their forums for making announcements as well as the General and Market forums.

What I suggest as General Discussion is a forum where non FS related subjects can be discussed in s similar way Simviation has.

General forum

the description is "General chatter" to me that would imply anything goes (with in reason)

This is what I mean. The section General is currently and can be in the future a General VAs discussions place. My suggestion refers to something where anything can be discussed (e.g. non-FS discussions).
