Monthly Salary

Post by NAI001 » Thu Dec 04, 2008 6:34 pm

Good eve from Germany,

maybe this could be an interessting idea!?

What do you think about monthly salary, which will be payed automatically?

For example, it´s possible to create a rank and this rank will get 10.000 v$ each month and at the end of each month the salary will automatically transfered from the VA´s finance to the pilots moneybox.

But the paymet should be various for every VA, so it´s up to the airline, what and if the want to pay every month!

The normal way to earn money should allready be used, but for extra money. so if the airline wants it, the pilots can earn extra monthly payment by this way.

What do you think about it?

Thank you very much and have a nice evening!!

Hi,

Pilots get paid from flight revenues pre-multiplier. The cash in the VA's accounts are after the multiplier. Any cash that you wish to give to your pilots must have the multiplier applied so it reduces back to a pre-multiplier salary. This facility is already built in - see CEO function 'Tip Pilot'. The tip pilot multiplier uses the average multiplier over many flights. This is to stop someone reducing the multiplier to tip the pilot and then changing the multiplier back after the pilot has been tipped. You have to do it manually each time though.
