Pilot pay

Post by Quantum » Mon Aug 11, 2008 10:18 am

Hi,

I know that currently the pilot's earned income cannot be used for anything other than buying aircraft for his or hers private hangar but it might be worth giving some thought to adjusting the pilot pay according to his % ranking. If a pilots % ranking is 85% then he gets that factor applied, which reduces his pay by 15%. The higher his % ranking the more he gets paid. This may encourage pilots to adhere to the FlyNET 'rules' and make a more disciplined pilot. Alternatively just adjust the pay by individual flight so if he gets 3 x 5% violations on a flight he loses 15% pay just for that flight.
