Hi,
The regional section of my airline has quite a lot of routes which are serviced 2 or 3 times a day - just as a regional airline would operate in the real world. I think it would be a good idea to group flights in the flightplan section by their route to avoid cluttering up the page with duplicate routes with different times. I know I will probably get a few people here saying "well then don't make duplicate flights" as I have seen before but I want things realistic, if regional airlines flew a 60-seat turboprop on a 30 minute route once a day they would never make any money in the real world.
The display would be something like this:
EGAC-EGPF <----this could be clicked to expand the route and show the actual flights
> SER101 EGAC EGPF 0800 0850 AT72 60v$ 1234567 [edit/delete controls]
> SER103 EGAC EGPF 1000 1050 AT72 60v$ 1234567 [edit/delete controls]
> SER105 EGAC EGPF 1200 1250 AT72 60v$ 1234567 [edit/delete controls]
EGPF-EGAC <----click to expand as before
> SER102 EGPF EGAC 0910 1000 AT72 60v$ 1234567 [edit/delete controls]
> SER104 EGPF EGAC 1110 1200 AT72 60v$ 1234567 [edit/delete controls]
> SER106 EGPF EGAC 1310 1400 AT72 60v$ 1234567 [edit/delete controls]
Just an idea that I think would make the flightplan pages of many airlines a lot neater
Dave

Hey admin/staff/developers, whatever you like to call yourselves:
Is this suggestions forum not a two-way thing? Somebody has taken the time to think about and offer a suggestion on how to improve your site/software, and not one of you can be bothered to even acknowledge the poster's suggestion, let alone let him know if you think it is a good idea or not, and whether or not it will be considered in the next update. Shame on you!

Well the admins are very busy developing FSAirlines, as well as enjoying their own lives. It's hard for them to give up their own time to develop FlyNET, so cut them some slack
The idea does seem plausible and would be a good implement. I have a couple of duplicate flights flown by different aircrafts and this would de-clutter the flightplan display.

Sorry we did not respond to your request to your satisfaction. Since you can already filter by departure airport and sort the columns by clicking on them I don't how much this would add besides making the screen more complicated.
And yes, everyone here has full time commitments outside of flynet and we are trying to get the fsairlines site ready as quick as we can.
