Flying Via an airport

Post by A319CJ » Tue Feb 05, 2008 4:43 pm

Hi,

Just an idea that popped into my head eairler about flights flying via another airport.

For example, London Heathrow to Sydney (Via Hong Kong).
In stead of having another flight clogging up the flightplans page.
ex:

London Heathrow - Hong Kong

Then another flight

Hong Kong - Sydney

Why not have an option to add another airport to refuel or pick up passengers etc.

Just an idea but hey

Thanks.

errr..................check the 'To Do ' list, refuel stops are on there. Refuelling and diversions has been a 'wish for' for quite a while now. As far as I know these will be mainly for unplanned diversions. If you are wanting to make the same refuel/passenger pick-up stop on each occasioon for your route then I'm sure you will still need flightplans for each sector, as we do today, as you are actually planning a multi-stop schedule.
