Interactive salary

I think a new feature should be added-interactive salary. What I am proposing is the ability to set different pay rate for each rank..so that getting promoted means something, other than being proud of what rank you are. Anyone second my motion?

ya i have thought about that also. it would be nice to have... screw the pilots, give the ceo's the large salaries

I agree. This is actually a very old idea/suggestion but somehow did not proceed. It would be a good feature to have however. So, I second or third your idea.

Sorry to bring this up again.
Is it possible to implement something related to flight activity?
For example one of my pilot is more active than others so I can put a higher percentage for him.
This can be regardless to the rank.

I think the whole idea was to leave it up to the CEO how he wanted to set the pay without any real restriction, so you'll be able to do what you want without anything being changed in the implementation that Konny or Joe will do.
