No, not talking about the one already implemented.
But I'm thinking that a database of the total amount of flights on each route would help the airline concentrate on the routes that aren't served. Something like in the flightplant area, the CEO (and maybe the other 2 high positions) has access to the number of times each route was flown, so as to be able to spread the resources more accordingly. After all, an airline shouldn't do well if it makes 6 flights per week on the same route, and none on the other 9 routes available...
