More detailed aircraft reports

Post by michiyoshi » Tue Dec 05, 2006 6:05 am

Is it possible to use the flight reports and pilot grading system for aircraft logbooks?

Basically, I had a -250 fpm touchdown, and I think that's the reason why one of my 717's lost almost 40% of it's value, but the status of the plane is still at 99% and I'm curious to see if that's what it was. It would be nice to be able to make an automatic aircraft logbook that is tied to the pilot grading system.

Hi,

It looks like the B717 has been revalued so over time all your 717's will show new value. Check the aircraft types database and you will see.

That is correct, please see the thread in the NEWS forum. I have adjusted the values on a lot of aircraft due to them not being in production any more. The new values represent what their value is on the current used market. It is a lot, but think of it this way - at least your maintenance won't cost as much anymore... :)
