Pilot turnover and re-use of callsigns

Hi,

Currently if a pilot leaves your VA his callsign becomes available for the next pilot joining. Historically you may have several pilots using same callsign over a period of time. I think it would be a good idea for a callsign to be used 'once only' and the callsign is withdrawn from use or 'reserved' for the same pilot should he return to your VA at a later date. Alternatively, let the CEO's allocate callsigns when they accept a new member.

An excelent idea. But if a pilot leaves an airline and returns later they should get there old ID back.
