Actually FlyNet calculates the pilot's salary attending to all in and out money for each flight.
In this way, if any pilot has to do a tankering procedure, with full fuel tanks on board, this cost affects directly on pilot salary.
I think that pilot salary should deppend only in these factors (f.ex): pilot's rating, VA reputation, flight distance and aircraft type; refueling cost should affect only to VA.
Only an opinion.

I don't have a problem with the current system although I have no objections to giving CEO's more controls over the pay structure.
I think in flynet the pilot has to do more of the fuel planning that would be done by others in a real airline so to reward them based on profit is appropriate. As for tankering, hopefully the pilot will get the benefit for that on there next flight.
